WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are
seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our Planning
& Manufacturing Business Operations & Enablement (BOE) team. As a
Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and
interpreting data to produce insightful reports that drive informed
decision-making across the domain. Your expertise in data analysis and
visualization will enable you to identify trends, patterns, and areas for
improvement, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the
organization.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The BOE’s primary charge is to make it easy for our Planning &
Manufacturing team to run our business. Everything you do will be in the spirit
of simplification and accuracy of process and information to ensure data-driven
decisions can be made proactively. We aim to minimize fire fighting. You’ll
help develop operational reporting processes, improve and iterate on existing
reporting processes, ensure financial targets are shared with leaders across
Planning & Manufacturing. Stakeholder engagement and management will be a
large part of how you work cross functionally. You’ll forecast resource and capacity needs and partner with Finance to
develop financial reports and planning for Planning & Manufacturing.
A typical week consists of
- Data
Collection and Analysis:
- Gather,
organize, and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and
integrity.
- Apply
statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze complex
datasets.
- Identify trends,
patterns, and outliers to derive actionable insights.
- Report
Development and Delivery:
- Collaborate with
stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Design and
develop customized reports and dashboards using reporting tools and
software.
- Present data in
a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to facilitate
understanding and decision-making.
- Data Quality
Assurance:
- Ensure data
accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular audits and
quality checks.
- Collaborate with
data owners to resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Collaboration and
Communication:
- Work closely
with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
- Communicate
findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and
concise manner.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience
as a Reporting Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis and
reporting.
- Proficiency in
data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power
BI, etc.).
- Solid
understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical
thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent
attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Effective
communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work
independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
