WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re
looking for an experienced Data Analytics Engineer to join our teamwho is
passionate about creating, organizing and visualizing data. The ideal candidate
for this job will have experience leading efforts to orchestrate data ingestion
pipelines and creating complex reports to meet business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If
this is you, you’ll be working with team members of the Office of the General
Counsel Tech to lead a consolidated effort to drive enhanced reporting
capabilities using enterprise data. You will do data analysis, build data
ingestion pipelines, service data warehouses and build reports in IBM Cognos
and Tableau. Core accountabilities of this job include:
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work
closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and your peers within the
engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of reporting solutions.
Additionally, you will work with other technology teams that lead the up- and
down-streams solutions to coordinate dependencies.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
We're
looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly
demonstrated these skills:
- Bachelor degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent
combination of education and experience
- 5 Experience working with
data ingestion pipelines with Airflow and Snowflake
- 5 Experience creating and
maintaining reports in IBM Cognos
- Experience working with
business stakeholders and product managers to drive requirements and
delivery of advanced reporting capabilities.
- Some knowledge of building
cloud based data ingestion pipelines utilizing AWS services
- Experience in an Agile or
Scrum development environment, including a demonstrated ability to deliver
software applications in this environment
- Proven ability to deliver
highly integrated software applications with complex dependencies
- Proven experience as a member
of a large project / project team
- Outstanding collaboration,
listening, written and verbal communication skills
- High tolerance for ambiguity
and changing priorities
