Key Responsibilities:
- Execute money market and foreign exchange transactions for custodial clients
- Monitor and maintain cash and securities investment portfolios
- Prepare monthly Treasury meetings and quarterly Treasury Committee materials
- Analyze treasury operations, investment performance, and strategic opportunities
- Support FX system enhancements, including UAT testing and process improvements
- Prepare periodic reports and manage daily communication with internal/external counterparts, including Japan-based stakeholders
- Keep management informed of market developments and treasury trends
- Assist with legal, tax, and accounting reviews related to treasury and securities lending products
- Maintain customer account profiles and onboarding documentation
- Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of client KYC/customer information
- Update policies, procedures, and operational manuals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- Strong Excel, database, and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of legal, tax, and accounting principles related to treasury operations
