Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with research and gathering information
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Help organize and support events, meetings, and business activities
- Assist with reports, document preparation, and data entry
- Provide general administrative support

Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Some domestic travel within the U.S. may be required
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break)
