· Provide administrative support to executives.
· Respond to all internal and
external inquires to and from executive management
· Prepare materials for meetings and conference, work closely with the HQ in Tokyo
to manage senior level correspondence, coordinate global meetings, oversee
travel arrangements, and maintain calendars and schedules
· Assist on projects and translate them into English to
Japanese
· Register clients, and guests into the security system, receive
and greet visitors upon check-in and update and maintain the company directory
Requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the organization • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet strict and competing deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and the quality of work product • Highly collaborative and flexible in a team • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.) |
