POSITION
OVERVIEW
In the role of a Service Delivery Analyst you
will manage intake for security requests, scan@source requests, and security
risks, provide support for gathering metrics and compiling reports, security
risk remediation and risk process support, and create and maintain team
processes. Success in this role will be
demonstrated by your attention to detail and organizational abilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Conduct
initial evaluations of ASC security inquiries to determine the treatment level
needed for each potential request
- Enter
security request information into tools used by ASC, verify the information
provided, and assign the request to the appropriate resource
- Research
and respond to questions submitted by our key partners or Corporate Information
Security teams
- Manage
Intake for security requests by supporting the tracking of ASC Security Review
requests, risks assigned to ASC Consultants, and SecureCode requests
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge
of basic information security standards, principles and practices
- The ability to assess risk and
translate it to business relevant considerations and facts
- The ability to learn and apply new
concepts quickly
- Knowledge of gathering data for
metrics and reporting
