Maintenance/IT Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of machinery.
- Routine Inspections – Identify potential issues and address them proactively to prevent operational disruptions.
- System Monitoring – Continuously monitor hardware performance, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
- Installation & Setup – Assist with setting up and integrating new equipment into the existing infrastructure.
- Safety & Compliance – Follow all operational safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system performance, and repairs.
- Emergency Response – Be available on-call for urgent maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Experience – No experience needed but preferred - great hands-on training, manufacturing, construction, electrical work, or related fields.
- Technical Skills – Familiarity with industrial or high-performance computing equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Attention to Detail – Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Player – Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
