Description
Job Description:* Perform routine price updates to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency* Support senior buyers to proactively follow up on overdue deliveries and update ETA in system. * Manage the setup of new suppliers master agreements, and sourcing records within internal systems.* Assist senior buyers to resolve all invoice / receiving discrepancy issues.* Coordinate with suppliers to manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities and ensure timely resolution of quality issues* Perform other related duties as assigned to support the procurement team
Requirements
Qualification:
- Superior data entry skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong preference of EPICOR experience
- Results driven
- Attention to details
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
- Must be either a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder (customer contract requirements)
