Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that our products and services meet their expectations.

Duties

  • Drive sales revenue with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs to achieve the sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and other decision makers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs.
  • Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations and solution design, with a focus on implementing Bizlink’s interconnectivity connectivity solutions.
  • Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process and product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insightful product knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to effectively highlight Bizlink’s value propositions, address customer needs, and drive successful implementation of Bizlink’s solutions.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and alignment with business goals.
  • This role requires professional proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with our China-based team.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by your Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.

The salary range provided for this position is based on the anticipated compensation for a candidate with relevant experience and qualifications. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and finalized in accordance with company policies.
