About the Role
This role is remote, but you must live near Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
- Prior packaging sales experience required.
- Corrugated experience preferred, but not required (manufacturing or distribution backgrounds considered).
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ambition, and an established network within the region.
- This individual will bring a proven track record of driving new business and expanding existing accounts across manufacturing, distribution, and industrial sectors.
- Demonstrates full-cycle sales expertise, including prospecting, needs analysis, quoting, closing, and ongoing account management, with the ability to operate independently within a defined territory.
- Known for selling value-added, customized solutions rather than commodity products, aligning packaging designs with customer operational and cost objectives.
- Works effectively with internal production and design teams to deliver efficient, tailored solutions, while managing RFQs, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts through CRM tools.
- Maintains a strong understanding of key industries, including industrial manufacturing, logistics, energy, and food and beverage, supported by strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- Base salary $100K-$150K plus commission $200K-$250K OTE.
