Position Overview
BizFirst is supporting our client in the search for two
Consultants – Financial Improvement Coordination Analyst II to support the Navy
ERP technical upgrade under ASN FM&C. These roles apply knowledge of
financial improvement coordination to develop integrated solutions for
technical and business challenges. The analysts will assist in facilitated
sessions with clients to define detailed business requirements, gather and
document requirements and business processes, and identify opportunities to automate
or improve existing systems. They will elicit business needs, coordinate
requirements, and engage at the branch head level.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply expertise in financial improvement
coordination to develop integrated solutions that address both technical and
business issues
- Assist facilitation sessions with clients to
define detailed business requirements for solution development
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements,
business processes, and systems-related problems to automate or enhance current
systems
- Elicit and record business needs for new or
improved solutions
- Coordinate with branch-level clients to ensure
alignment and clear communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant
experience in financial coordination, business process analysis, or
ERP/financial systems improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR two (2)
additional years of relevant experience
- Strong SME experience in process analysis and
improvement
- Proven ability to facilitate sessions and
document business requirements in detail
- Strong analytical, communication, and
stakeholder engagement skills at mid- and upper management levels
Desired
Skills
- Experience in financial systems, tools, or
audit response coordination (e.g., ARC Tool work)
- Familiarity with business process modeling or
automation tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- Knowledge of federal financial regulations,
audit preparedness, and compliance standards
