Operations Manager

This person will become the right hand to the owners, helping oversee daily operations, improve systems, and keep our crews, customers, and office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Coordinate daily crew schedules and job assignments
• Ensure crews have the equipment and information needed each day
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and job updates
• Handle last-minute schedule changes due to weather or emergencies
• Track job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule

Team Support

• Coordinate with field crews throughout the day
• Help onboard new employees
• Track employee hours and assist with payroll preparation
• Maintain safety documentation and certifications
• Help enforce company procedures and standards

Operations Management

• Improve company systems and workflows
• Track equipment maintenance schedules
• Coordinate repairs and inspections for trucks and equipment
• Monitor inventory of tools and materials
• Assist with permitting when necessary

Customer Service

• Ensure customers have an exceptional experience
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Follow up after completed jobs
• Help generate positive online reviews

Business Support

• Track key performance metrics
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and profitability
• Support the owners with special projects
