We are currently hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is ideal for someone who is well-organized, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and procedures
  • Handle inquiries and basic concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Communication & Coordination

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times

Administrative Support

  • Enter and update visitor and client information in company systems
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and visitor information

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a customer service role preferred (but not required)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and courteous phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
