Bizarre Coffee is a Coffee Shop Local Cafe coming to Downtown Canton, GA that specializes in making people's day, everyday. We do this by providing excellent freshly roasted coffee, hand crafted specialty drinks, made-to-order food, and extraordinary customer service in a space that is warm and welcoming to all. We are looking for amazing humans who are flexible, adaptable, coachable and eager to learn and looking to grow with us in our new location.
As a Shop Support, you will help the flow of all operations in the restaurant and be there for each team member in all stations! This will require you to understand the flow of the restaurant, learn about each station so you can effectively help them, cultivate true connections with the guests, create an impact with all interactions, and have extensive knowledge of the menus. Day to day responsibilities will include, working the register, running food, cleaning tables, sweeping/mopping, doing dishes, restocking stations, getting ice etc. To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and multi-tasking skills, work extremely well in a fast-paced environment and be eager to learn. You should be able to work 6 hour shifts, early mornings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers into the space, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. dietary constraints, preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Restocking stations as needed
- Sweeping and mopping several stations
- Learning basic skills for each station
- Managing a register
- Always comply with health and safety regulations
- Keep a positive attitude and hold company standards
- Providing extraordinary experiences for both our guests and your team members
- Creating genuine connections with our customers
Requirements:
- An ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to anticipate needs
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food, beverage coffee.
- Ability to lift 40lbs.
