Role Description
Biz4Group is looking for a Business Development Representative – AI & Technology Solutions to help identify new business opportunities and connect with potential clients for our AI, software, and technology services.
The role includes researching potential clients, conducting outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels, understanding business needs, introducing relevant solutions, scheduling demos and meetings, and following up with prospects.
The candidate will work closely with our sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to support client presentations, proposals, meetings, and ongoing business development activities.
This is primarily a remote, hourly-based role. Candidates located in or near Orlando, Florida are strongly preferred, as occasional in-person client meetings and networking events may be required.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear, easy-to-understand pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with U.S. business communication and confidence communicating with U.S.-based clients.
- Comfortable conducting client outreach calls, presentations, demos, and meetings with business owners and senior professionals.
- Experience in sales, business development, client outreach, lead generation, or account management.
- Experience working or communicating with U.S.-based customers is strongly preferred.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and prospect follow-ups.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain technology solutions in clear, simple language.
- Interest in AI, software, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, AI, software, or technology consulting is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead-management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
