Job Title: Onsite Technical Delivery Manager – Data & AI
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Onsite / Client Facing)
Key Responsibilities
Business & Client Leadership
• Develop a deep understanding of the client''s business objectives, strategic priorities, and transformation roadmap.
• Ensure delivery engagements directly support business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead and trusted advisor.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across the client organization. Delivery Ownership
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes across multiple data and analytics engagements.
• Drive execution excellence, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
• Establish delivery governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation management across client and delivery teams. Technical Leadership
• Lead discussions on solution approaches, architecture decisions, and technology strategy.
• Provide guidance on modern data platforms including:
o Snowflake o DBT o BigQuery o Hyperscalers – Google Cloud Platform and Azure o Data Engineering & ELT Architectures o Data Modernization Programs
• Partner closely with architects, engineering leads, and client SMEs to drive successful implementation.
Required Qualifications
• 15 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Platform delivery.
• 8 years in a Technical Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead role.
• Strong client-facing experience managing enterprise-scale engagements.
• Deep understanding of modern data platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong experience of – Snowflake, DBT, BigQuery, SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Pipelines & ELT Frameworks, Google Cloud Platform and Azure services
• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks related to PII, PCI, and sensitive enterprise data.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-powered software engineering practices.
• Proven ability to drive execution across onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing complex delivery programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in payment processing or card domain large-scale enterprise data transformations.
• Experience supporting data modernization, cloud migration, or platform transformation initiatives.
