Duties:
Lab
- All Tasks for Utility Operator
- Knows how to reset equipment after power outage
Railcars
- All Tasks for Utility Operator
- If the car is not emptying, determines if the problem is the hose or strainer
- Make steam trap
Boiler Tests
- All Tasks for Utility Operator
- Understands how the deaerator and generator works
- Can troubleshoot the deaerator
- Can troubleshoot the steam generator
Manual Gauges
- All Tasks for Utility Operator
- Understands the accounting aspect of the manual gauges
Loading Racks
- All Tasks for Utility Operator
- Resolve failed to retrieve order issues
- What could be the cause of an interlock
- Product not loading can you troubleshoot
- Check heat trace temps at the rack
- Determine what kind of heat tracing is being used
- Switch line alignment on the computer
- Switch pump alignment on the computer
Pump Sheet
