Shift 11:00pm- 8:45 am

Direct Support Professionals teach, mentor and positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, facilitating various methods of communication, and so much more

No experience necessary, we provide PAID ORIENTATION & TRAINING.
- Due to the nature of our work we require a mandatory Orientation which is 5 days in total split into your schedule to 2 days per week. 3rd shift new staff are also required to train on 2nd shift for the first week of employment.*

- 3rd Shift Pay: $16.50 plus a $2.50 differential

Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide person-centered supports which requires flexibility, creativity, and commitment
- Work in partnership with participants
- Document service delivery accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Promote communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment for the participants
- Assistance with participant hygiene requirements could include bathing, toileting, and bodily fluids.
Qualifications And Skills
- Possess and uses empathy in all actions and interactions
- Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants
- Ability to express patience in difficult situations
- Exceptional and adaptable oral communication
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with eligibility to be insured
