Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing care and evaluate patient needs
- Document findings in the EMR and coordinate care plans
- Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and team members
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
- Licensure: Current Montana or compact RN license in good standing
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS within one year of hire
- Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment and care coordination abilities
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- EMR experience preferred
