In this dynamic role, you will connect with customers in the Waupaca area, helping them find the perfect appliances and furniture to enhance their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor to attract customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store performance targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the home furnishings industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, up to early evening and Saturday.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
