Role Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (CRM/ERP modules) to support the NYS DFS Dynamics Migration project. This includes system integrations, ETL data imports, access/security management, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customization & Configuration: Tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 to organizational needs, handle unit testing, and write system documentation.
- Integration & ETL: Connect MS Dynamics with DevOps CI tools, version control systems, and third-party apps; write ETL scripts for data imports.
- Security & Identity: Configure security standards, manage user access, and implement IDP/SSO solutions using LDAP and SAML.
- Performance & Monitoring: Track system performance, optimize configurations, and ensure stability.
- Support & Training: Troubleshoot application errors and train users on project management, issue tracking, and collaboration workflows.

- Experience Level: 60–84 Months as a Software Developer, capable of working independently without assistance and providing guidance to others.
