Role Description The Finance Operations Manager is a full-time, in-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA.. This role oversees day-to-day finance operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting. The Finance Operations Manager will develop and refine financial processes, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide analysis to inform strategic decisions. This position collaborates with leadership to optimize cash flow, monitor key performance indicators, and implement controls that support operational efficiency. The role also involves partnering cross-functionally with operations, merchandising, and marketing to align financial practices with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and process improvement skills, with experience streamlining financial workflows and implementing controls.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Financial Reporting expertise, including the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
- Solid Finance and Accounting knowledge, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing general ledger activities.
- Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, accounting systems), and comfort working with data and dashboards.
