We are now seeking a VP with strong technology demonstrated early-stage fundraising experience to join the company at this pivotal stage and work closely with the CEO and founding team.

About The Role

What You'll Own/Do
Fundraising & Capital Markets (Core Focus)
- Lead the company’s Pre-A fundraising round
- Work with the CEO to define fundraising strategy, timing, and valuation expectations
- Build and continuously refine:
- 3–5 year financial models for investor and institutional use
- A clear, investor-ready business and capital narrative
- Act as the primary contact for VCs and strategic investors
- Support investor due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution
- Work with external advisors (FA, legal, audit), while maintaining independent fundraising judgment
- Establish a growth-oriented financial framework
- Translate business assumptions and technical investment into financial models
- Support key decisions on go-to-market strategy, hiring plans, and cost structure
- 7 years of relevant experience with proven fundraising exposure in technology companies
- Direct involvement in or leadership of at least one early-stage financing round
- Strong understanding of tech fundraising logic, valuation methodologies, and investor expectations
- Ability to convert early-stage, evolving business models into clear capital-market language
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Top-Tier Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a 4-yr accredited institution globally ranked in the top 500 universities.
- Prior VP or Head of Finance experience in a startup or early-stage tech company
- Background in VC, PE, investment banking, or financial advisory
- Experience with SaaS, platform, or technology-driven business models
- Cross-border or international structuring experience
- Real fundraising experience, not theoretical exposure
- Ability to partner closely with the CEO, not operate purely as a back-office function
- Strong judgment and resilience in early-stage uncertainty
- Viewing the VP role as a long-term partnership, not a short-term career step
