The Senior Director role at Bitget is a full-time, on-site position based in Minneapolis, MN. This leadership role requires overseeing cross-functional teams, driving strategy for global cryptocurrency initiatives, and managing company growth objectives. The Senior Director will be responsible for setting organizational goals, leading high-level decision-making, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining Bitget's competitive edge in the market. This strategic position also includes fostering innovation, building relationships with key partners, and aligning operational goals with the company’s vision while ensuring team performance and productivity.

• Leadership and Strategic Management: Experience in leading teams, setting organizational goals, driving strategic initiatives, and handling high-level decision-making.
• Cryptocurrency and Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, derivatives trading, Web3 technologies, and blockchain solutions.
• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of financial and industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Innovation and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to innovate, evaluate initiatives, and leverage data analytics to inform decision-making processes.
• Relevant Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.
