We offer a flexible position where clinicians choose their availability to build a caseload that works for them, whether that means a few hours per week or a larger part-time schedule.
The co-owners of Bite Sized are practicing pediatric SLPs who work closely with our clinicians and are readily available for support, mentorship, case consultation, and collaboration. We value clinical autonomy and want our SLPs to feel trusted in their clinical decision-making while always having support when they need it.
Services are provided in our Springfield and Parsippany offices, as well as in homes, schools, and daycares throughout Union, Essex, and Morris Counties.

- Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Experience or interest in early language development, motor speech disorders, and/or pediatric feeding is a plus, but not required.

- Ability to start with a small caseload and grow over time, if desired

As a small, SLP-owned practice, finding the right people to join our team is incredibly important to us. If this sounds like the kind of practice you would enjoy being part of, we would love to connect with you!
