We’re looking for a Sales Channel Manager to take full ownership of our online marketplaces, optimize listings and promotions, and grow our reach across new channels and international markets.
Position Overview
The Sales Channel Manager is a full-time, on-site position based at our Chatsworth, CA (91311) headquarters. You’ll manage and expand our marketplace presence across multiple platforms — driving sales growth, product visibility, and operational excellence.
This role is perfect for a data-driven, hands-on operator who knows how to win in e-commerce through performance optimization, listings excellence, and expansion into new marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Ownership
- Manage and grow all online sales channels, including:
Amazon (FBA, FBM, International), eBay, Walmart, BestBuy, Target, NewEgg, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Shopify, and other emerging platforms.
- Identify and onboard new domestic and international marketplaces (e.g. MercadoLibre, JD.com, Rakuten, Shopee, Allegro, etc.).
- Maintain consistent brand presentation and compliance across all channels.
- Handle account health, violation resolution, and appeals to keep stores in top standing.
Listings & Content
- Create, update, and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Develop and manage A Content / Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon and other platforms.
- Craft compelling product images, descriptions, and videos (with design team).
- Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and bundles to drive sales volume and profitability.
Growth & Optimization
- Analyze performance data (sales, conversion, advertising ROI, reviews) and drive measurable improvement.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies by channel and region.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, product launches, and ad placements.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports for management.
International & Logistics
- Expand international sales and manage cross-border operations.
- Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics to optimize shipping rates and delivery times.
- Ensure all listings comply with local requirements and currency/tax settings.
Customer Support & Service
- Oversee marketplace customer service, ensuring quick and professional responses.
- Manage returns, claims, and disputes efficiently.
- Maintain high customer ratings and positive feedback.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing multi-channel e-commerce sales.
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA FBM).
- Proven success managing multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO, content optimization, and e-commerce analytics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel / Sheets, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
- Experience in logistics, shipping optimization, and international sales.
- Must be able to work on-site full time in Chatsworth, CA (91311).
Preferred
- Experience in the Bitcoin mining, tech hardware, or electronics industry.
- Prior success adding and scaling new marketplaces.
- Familiarity with A content creation tools and product photography.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
