Preferred Qualifications:
- 10–15 years experience in data center, power infrastructure, or energy systems
- Direct experience with data center buildouts or operations (Tier II/III/IV or similar)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (MV/LV, substations, backup power)
- Experience with natural gas generation, distributed energy, or industrial power systems
- Familiarity with high-density / AI workloads (liquid cooling, HPC environments) is a strong plus
- Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, and permitting processes
---
Working Style:
- Hands-on, execution-focused
- Able to operate in a fast-moving, build environment
- Collaborative with founders and external partners
---

---
Why Join:
- Immediate infrastructure platform (not greenfield)
- Exposure to AI energy integration (one of the fastest-growing sectors)
- Opportunity to build and scale next-generation data center systems
---
