We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient food service environment. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining areas promptly
- Help with basic food presentation and plating for banquets or catering events
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist in setting up and breaking down catering or banquet events as needed
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by providing general assistance
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Experience with bussing, serving, or banquet setup is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning and food prep tasks
