What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Therapist position at BIT: Building Independence Together, LLC?
BIT: Building Independence Together, LLC is an in-home service company that provides ABA (applied behavior analysis) to families what have children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The children range in age from 2-21. We are looking for a person that is looking for a rewarding job to help families and their children improve their lives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required.
- CPR certification preferred, but not required.
- Must submit to and pass a background check.
- Be willing to work in schools, homes, and clinic
- Be able to follow written behavior plans and take feedback.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Have reliable transportation.
