Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your ability to work efficiently and maintain a friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall atmosphere of our establishment. We are looking for someone who can do both Bartending and Serving shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
Experience
- Previous high-volume bartending experience is required
- Familiarity with food service operations, including knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to promote drink specials or upsell menu items effectively.
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus but not required.
