What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House (FOH) position at Bistro South?
Bistro South in Monroe, GA is looking for one front of house (foh) employee to join our team. This position is open to those with either full time or part time availability, and no previous experience is necessary. Our ideal candidate is a punctual, reliable, and is able to work well with others.
Employees are eligible for a weekly tip-out in addition to their wage. Full time employees are eligible for health benefits and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Run food to tables
- Clear tables and help keep a clean, tidy dining area
- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Process cash and credit sales transactions
- Small food preparation duties, such as making salad dressings or sweet tea.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality
- Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic mathematics skills
- Ability to follow basic recipes
- Maintain good hygiene and follow health code standards
