Our organization is currently in need of Heaf Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be intricately involved in cooking food, and will regularly create menu items from scratch. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that develops delicious meals for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a range, ovens, flat top, deep fryers
- Be able to perform the following kitchen tasks: chopping, dicing, searing and frying.
- Have a general knowledge of different cooking methods.
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently.
- Expand your knowledge of food safety regulation to include preventing food borne illnesses.
- Be involved in managing inventory; Maintain safe, clean kitchen and cooking areas.
- Inventory Management
- Ordering of supplies
- Making schedules and maintaining 25% or less labor cost
- Making sure that we are wasting as little product as possible, keeping food cost around 25 - 30%
- Upholding SOP's
- Will be responsible for the day to day operations of the kitchen
- Salary position minimum of 50hrs a week, range of 50 - 55hrs weekly

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
