Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, bookkeeping, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in office management, human resources, and vendor relations. Duties
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, budgeting, and filing systems
- Oversee calendar management
- Supervise payroll
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar software
- Manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities and phone messages
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Practice excellent phone etiquette and maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and staff
- Oversee clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical or medical office settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software for payroll and bookkeeping tasks
- Demonstrated ability in schedule management, vendor management, and calendar coordination
- Experience with, training & development programs, and human resources functions
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with filing systems
- Prior experience in office experience or administrative support roles is highly desirable
