Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including closing
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Operate POS systems such as SpotOn and Toast for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in interviewing potential team members and contribute to hiring decisions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or assistant manager roles within quick service or fast food restaurants
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent team management skills with experience supervising staff in a hospitality setting
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
