Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Provide menus, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism
- Operate Aloha POS system for seating assignments and guest management
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling reservations or inquiries
Experience
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist guests effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar restaurant software is advantageous
- Ability to maintain positive guest relations in a fast-paced environment
