Responsibilities
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and carpet extractors, to thoroughly clean rugs and carpets.
- Use hand tools and manual handling techniques to lift, move, and position heavy or bulky items safely.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning processes, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about cleaning procedures and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience with ladder use, industrial cleaning, pressure washing, and outdoor work environments.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques using various equipment such as floor buffers, duct cleaners, and pressure washers.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while following manual handling guidelines.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, fire extinguishers, and safety protocol adherence in a work setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude toward client interactions.
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
