Bissell Clinic is an elite, integrated wellness practice in Montecito, CA — and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on professional to join our clinical team as a Patient Care Coordinator. You'll get direct patient contact and experience with cutting-edge therapies: Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, and more.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running daily clinical operations alongside experienced providers
- Delivering advanced therapies (Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, Emvital, Exomind, shockwave, spinal decompression)
- Preparing treatment environments and maintaining clinical standards
- Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout sessions
- Coordinating care plans, scheduling, and patient follow-up
- Handling EHR documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Managing front-office touchpoints — scheduling, payments, patient communication
- Supporting patient retention and reactivation efforts

What We're Looking For
- Degree or coursework in kinesiology, exercise science, health sciences, pre-med, or related field
- Some clinical, healthcare, or patient-facing experience (internships, clinicals, and practicums count!)
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and self-motivated
- Comfortable with EHR systems or eager to learn
- Someone who takes patient care seriously and holds themselves to a high standard
