B2B Order & Compliance Specialist
BISS Product Development is a high-growth distribution firm located near Troutman, NC. We are the home of STKR Concepts and Risk Racing. We are not looking for a general office assistant; we are seeking a technical, detail-obsessed Order Specialist to manage our B2B pipeline.
This role is the heartbeat of our revenue cycle. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B orders, ensuring that complex customer requirements are met with 100% accuracy to avoid costly chargebacks and shipping delays.

You aren't just "entering data." You are a Compliance Police Officer. You will navigate complex 3rd-party vendor portals, manage Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), and ensure our QuickBooks data is pristine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Lifecycle Management: Execute all B2B orders within QuickBooks Online, from initial PO download to final invoicing and credit memos.
- Portal & EDI Management: Master 3rd-party customer portals to manage ASNs, tracking details, and inventory syncing.
- Logistics Coordination: Utilize ShipStation to generate B2B labels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure "on-time, in-full" delivery.
- Compliance & Audit: "Police" customer compliance guidelines. You will investigate claims, fees, and credits to ensure we adhere to strict B2B partner protocols.
- Reporting: Generate sales and inventory movement reports that the leadership team relies on for growth decisions.
- Team Support: While your focus is B2B, we are a tight-knit team. You will support the Office Manager and handle general logistics/phones as needed to keep the wheels turning.
Critical Requirements (The "Must-Haves"):
- QuickBooks Expert: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
- B2B Sophistication: Proven experience navigating 3rd-party vendor portals and understanding B2B terms (Net 30, ASNs, Bill of Lading, etc.).
- Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new software interfaces quickly.
- The "Accuracy" Gene: You are the person who finds the $0.01 error that everyone else missed.
- Reliability: This is a full-time, in-house position in Troutman, NC. We need a dependable professional who thrives in a consistent M-F, 8 am–5 pm schedule.
