We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Retail Auditor to evaluate the customer experience at retail locations in Post Oak Mall. As a Retail Auditor, you will visit assigned store locations, interact with sales staff as a regular customer, and provide feedback about the experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy shopping, have strong observation skills, and can provide accurate written feedback.
Pay
- $50 per completed shop (10 minute work)
- You keep the product which you audit.
Locations
Shops will take place at malls including:
- Post Oak Mall
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail location as a regular customer
- Interact naturally with store staff and observe the sales process
- Make a purchase as part of the evaluation
- Complete a short feedback report after each visit
- Submit reports within the required timeframe
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to travel to malls in New Jersey
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to follow instructions and remain discreet
- Smartphone or computer to submit reports
Preferred
- Prior mystery shopping or retail experience (not required)
- Ability to complete multiple shop locations
Pay: $50.00 per day
