We are looking for an Information Processing Specialist/Clerk. The Information Processing Specialist is responsible for the processing of driver trip envelopes, scanning and processing documents into correct load numbers, processing of images from Herd2Go, processing carrier invoices and load documents, responding to internal and external POD requests and assist on obtaining PODs from drivers, carriers and receiving locations.

- Remove, organize, and scan all documents into the image system
- Assign all documents to correct load numbers
- Store all scanned documents in labelled boxes
- Process all pending picture uploads of POD/BOLs/Lumpers sent in by drivers
- Ensure correct load numbers and document types have been assigned
- Process all carrier invoices and paperwork from shared inboxes
- Ensure carriers are sending correct paperwork for loads
- Review documents submitted and communicate on missing required documents with Fleets and Carriers
- Contact external consignee locations for missing PODs
- Document and report actions taken in Ready To Bill and other Bison Programs
- Retrieve and communicate information requested by internal personnel and external customers
