NATIONAL HOLIDAYS OFF - Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas
MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY & SATURDAY AFTER 4PM
MUST HAVE 2Years Prior Bar Experience
MUST HAVE 2Years Prior Management Experience
Pay depending on experience and availability
This position is an hourly position, you will be responsible for handling day of call offs, and coverage of FOH shifts.
This will not involve scheduling, or any BOH responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
- Train, and develop new bar team members
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of bar equipment used
- Licenses or certifications that apply in the area- Serve Safe Certified
- 2 years prior bartending experience required
- 2 years prior management experience required
