Oversee all aspects of company inventory management and flow, leading a team to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to take initiative and perform tasks with little or no supervision.
Direct and lead a team of inventory associates and clerks, assigning tasks, providing training, and coaching.
Setting and maintaining organizational procedures for inventory control.
Manage and maintain all inventory data and transactions within the ERP system to ensure continuous accuracy.
Maintain data for quantities of materials received, issued, and transferred between departments, including cycle count adjustments and inventory discrepancies.
Collaborate directly with the purchasing team to optimize product delivery accuracy, ensure order fulfillment, and strategically adjust minimum/maximum stock levels.
Coordination and review of all inventory transactions to ensure timely input and accuracy.
Coordinate quarter/year end physical inventories reconciliation and physically participate in same.
Organizing and maintaining physical locations for inventory including material movement as required.
Generates inventory labels, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
Develop and implement labeling system for all bins and shelves.
Coordinate with all manufacturing departments to ensure proper inventory monitoring and loss prevention is taking place.
Follow departmental procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
Keep work area clean and organized. Ensure a safe working environment.

In addition, work schedule and/or hours may vary or differ than your normal assigned schedule and are contingent on production needs and at the discretion of management.

Pay: $45, $54,595.65 per year
