We are looking for a motivated, dependable Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, appliances, boilers, and related mechanical equipment.
- Perform service calls at residential and commercial properties.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacement options.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnoses, repair options, and service recommendations.
- Complete service calls, document work performed, and maintain accurate job records.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Follow safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- Manage daily service appointments and communicate effectively with the office regarding scheduling and job progress.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service on every call.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Previous HVAC, appliance repair, boiler, plumbing, or related mechanical service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift equipment, work in various environments, and perform the physical requirements of the job.
- Willingness to learn new systems and expand technical skills.
- EPA certification, trade licenses, or other relevant certifications are a plus, depending on the work performed.

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time/Part Time
- Location: Kalispell, MT and surrounding Flathead Valley
- Pay: Based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime or on-call work as needed.
