Job Overview
Work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement
treatment programs based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) while
working with children in a clinic, school, or community-based environment. Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment programs in a variety of settings (e.g., clinic, home,
school, community) as directed by the BCBA;
- Collect data throughout the client’s session utilizing data collection software and
communicate with the Clinical Supervisor if there are issues that require their
attention;
- Complete session notes in a timely manner within acceptable requirements for
payors;
- Review and implement feedback as provided by clinical supervisory staff;
- Open or close the clinic if required;
- Prepare program materials and organize the clinic materials if required;
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families as
needed;
- Maintain RBT certification by tracking supervision hours and renewing their
certification on an annual basis;
- Attend meetings and trainings as required;
- Follow all policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentiality and
mandated reporting standards as set by the clinical team;
- Be confident in asking questions, learning about your interventions, and providing
feedback to your supervisors if you believe there exists opportunities for better
growth for your clients.

Job Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent;
- Registered Behavior Technician credential required (as demonstrated by inclusion on the RBT registry on the BACB website, to be completed within 30 days of hire date);
- Preferred experience of working or volunteering with children who have special needs;
- Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population of children;
- Demonstrate creativity and a “think outside the box” attitude to provide support and achieve positive outcomes for all clients and staff;
- Work with integrity. Understanding and adherence to HIPAA policies;
- Commitment to the highest level of professionalism, reliability, and communication;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Reliable means of transportation;
- Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks;
- Ability and willingness to work through challenging behavior;
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion.
Pay range $20 - $25 hour depending on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
