Associate Sports Chiropractor | Mentorship + Career Growth

Bismarck Sports Spine | Bismarck, ND

We’re looking for a chiropractor who wants to become exceptional at what they do — not simply find their next associate job.

Bismarck Sports Spine is a growing sports, rehab and performance clinic built for active people who want to keep doing the things they love.

We don’t believe every patient needs the same treatment plan. We don’t run a high-volume adjustment model. And we’re not looking for someone who wants to clock in, treat patients and go home.

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute and grow with us.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Highly coachable and hungry to improve
• Interested in sports medicine, movement, rehab and performance
• Comfortable with chiropractic being one tool — not the entire treatment plan
• A strong communicator who can build trust with patients
• Willing to take feedback and be challenged
• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Excited to work with athletes and active adults
• Willing to build relationships within the community
• Team-first, dependable and accountable
• Looking for a career you can grow into

New graduates are welcome.

We can teach techniques.

We can teach systems.

We can develop clinical skills.

What we can’t teach nearly as easily is work ethic, curiosity, humility, ownership and the desire to become great.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll evaluate and treat patients using a combination of chiropractic care, manual therapy, movement assessment, rehabilitation and performance-based strategies.

You’ll have access to technology and treatment options including:

• Kinetisense 3D movement assessment
• VALD strength testing
• INDIBA TECAR
• Dry needling
• ART/manual therapy
• Chiropractic manipulation
• Cupping and IASTM
• ARP neurotherapy
• Normatec recovery
• Progressive rehabilitation and strength training

But more importantly, you’ll learn how to think clinically — how to determine what a patient actually needs and build a plan around their goals.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

This is where we believe this position is different.

Become a Better Clinician

You’ll receive mentorship, case review, technique development, clinical education and exposure to complex cases.

The goal isn’t for you to practice exactly like us.

The goal is for you to become an incredibly confident, well-rounded clinician.

Learn the Entire Patient Journey

You’ll develop skills beyond adjusting.

You’ll learn how to:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations
• Explain findings clearly
• Build individualized treatment plans
• Progress patients from pain → movement → strength → performance
• Communicate confidently with patients
• Create an exceptional patient experience
• Develop relationships with gyms, coaches, providers and the community

Build Your Specialty!!

Love golfers? Volleyball players? Runners? Strength athletes? Women’s health? Youth athletes?

As you grow, we want you to develop an area you can become known for.

We don’t want five providers who are exactly the same.

We want great clinicians with individual strengths.

WHERE THIS CAN GO

We’re not hiring an associate just to fill a schedule.

We’re building the next version of Bismarck Sports Spine.

For the right person, growth could include:

Associate Chiropractor → Established Provider → Specialty Lead → Clinical Leadership

Future opportunities may include leading programs, mentoring providers, developing new services, community education, athlete programming and helping shape the clinical direction of the company.

As the clinic grows, your opportunity grows with it.

THE OUTCOME

If you spend the next several years here, our goal is that you walk away with significantly more than a paycheck.

You should become:

A better clinician.
A better communicator.
A better leader.
More confident managing difficult cases.
More capable of building relationships and a patient base.
Known in the community for something you’re exceptional at.

And ideally, you won’t be looking for somewhere else to take those skills.

You’ll be helping us build what’s next.

REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Eligible for North Dakota chiropractic licensure
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in sports, rehab, movement and performance
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• High standards for professionalism and patient care

Experience with ART, DNS, SFMA/FMS, TPI, dry needling, strength and conditioning or sports chiropractic is a plus — but not required.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Apply if you’re reading this thinking:

“That’s the kind of chiropractor I want to become.”

We’re much more interested in your potential, mindset and work ethic than whether your resume checks every box.
