Bismarck Public Schools is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers!
The daily rate of pay for substitute teachers is $140.00 for a full day (7.5. hours) and $70.00 for a half day (anything up to and including 4 hours.)
The district uses an automated system, Frontline Absence Management, that allows Substitute Teachers to view and accept available jobs.

If you have a current North Dakota Teaching License or an Interim Sub License and are interested in substitute teaching, the first step is to complete our online application. Someone from the Human Resources office will contact you to complete the hiring process.
Once your application is received; a representative from human resources will contact you regarding the application and onboarding.
Substitute Teachers work on an as-needed basis.
