Century High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Dance Coach to help support and develop a positive, student-centered dance program.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for working with student-athletes, and the ability to motivate and build positive relationships with students. Previous dance, coaching, or performance experience is preferred. The assistant coach will work collaboratively with the head coach to foster a culture of teamwork, commitment, sportsmanship, and excellence.
Please note - Coaches who hold a ND teaching license - wages are reportable to the North Dakota Teacher's Fund for Retirement (TFFR). The employee (coach) will contribute 11.75% of their salary and the District will contribute 12.75%
Salary to be determined by boosters.
