Bismarck Motor Company is hiring a full-time Lube & Express Service Technician. This is an entry-level position — no prior automotive experience required. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced technicians and build the skills for a long-term career in automotive service. Positions are available at both our Bismarck and Mandan, ND locations with clear paths for advancement.

As a Lube & Express Service Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections — all under the guidance of experienced technicians. You'll gain real experience with automotive diagnostic tools, shop safety, and customer service in a fast-paced Express Service environment.

Qualifications

No prior automotive experience required — we provide full, hands-on training. We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to learn and want to build a career as an auto technician in the Bismarck & Mandan, ND area.

Requirements:

∙ Valid driver's license

∙ High school diploma or GED (preferred)

∙ Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive work

∙ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

∙ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

∙ Successful completion of pre-employment background check, driving record review, and drug screening
