Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by ensuring all dishes, equipment, and utensils are cleaned efficiently and safely. This role supports the concessions and food prep teams in providing a high-quality food experience by managing the setup and breakdown of kitchen areas and adhering to health department guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including frequent cleaning of surfaces and sweeping floors.
- Perform timely dishwashing of all kitchen tools, equipment, and guest-facing items.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
- Adhere strictly to company and local health department guidelines for sanitation and hygiene.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen area before and after each event.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Contribute to the overall success of the organization in any capacity needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen sanitation practices or willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
