Bismarck Larks Baseball Club is a proud member of the Northwoods League, the premier summer collegiate baseball league in the country. The league, established in 1994, has grown significantly and now includes 20 teams across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, and North Dakota. The Larks are deeply integrated into the Bismarck community, hosting games at the Bismarck Municipal Ballpark, home of Dakota Community Bank & Trust Field. The ballpark is a hub for families, companies, parties, friends, and baseball enthusiasts.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Bismarck, ND. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and working to meet sales targets.
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Account Management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
